Current site setup
On the main website, Google Tag Manager loads our CookieYes consent manager and configured Google Analytics and Meta advertising tags. CookieYes records cookie preferences. The contact form sends the details you submit to our enquiry endpoint; it does not use its own tracking cookie. Our web host may use essential technical measures to serve and protect the site, and its request logs may record information such as an IP address and browser details.
Google reCAPTCHA on the enquiry form
We do not load reCAPTCHA just because you visit a page. If you select the form's Google spam-check option and submit, your browser connects to Google for reCAPTCHA v3. Google may set its _GRECAPTCHA cookie and access device and interaction information to assess abuse. This is separate from advertising and does not give marketing consent. We do not set our own persistent cookie to remember this choice. If you prefer not to use the check, email your enquiry instead. Existing Google cookies can be removed through your browser settings. See Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We will verify the actual cookie lifetime in the configured live form before launch.
Videos you choose to play
Our design and animation page shows video previews stored on this website. It does not contact YouTube or load a YouTube player just because you visit the page. If you select Play, your browser loads a player from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube may then receive details about your device and viewing, and use cookies or similar technologies to deliver the video. You can use the direct YouTube links instead of the embedded player. See Google's privacy policy for information about its handling of data.
Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics 4 measures site use and enquiries. The Meta Pixel measures Meta ad campaigns and can support website-visitor remarketing audiences. Both can use cookies or similar access to information on your device and share visit data with their providers. These tools are configured on the main website. Our prepared self-hosted n8n workflow is not a website tracking cookie; it would process information submitted through this site or a connected Meta lead form.
Use Cookie Settings in the CookieYes banner to review available categories and choose your preferences. If you cannot access the controls or want help changing a choice, contact business@wearepanda.co.uk. Your browser can also block or remove cookies. Provider behaviour and cookie durations depend on their settings. Optional analytics and advertising require the applicable consent. See the ICO guidance on storage and access technologies for the UK rules.
Your browser controls
You can block or remove cookies in your browser settings. Blocking technology needed to deliver a service may affect how that service works. For information about personal data, see our privacy notice. Questions can be sent to business@wearepanda.co.uk.
