About this website
This website is operated by We Are Panda, a UK partnership, at 1 Westley Mews, BS24 7FZ, United Kingdom. Contact us at business@wearepanda.co.uk. The information here describes our services and invites enquiries; sending a form does not place an order or create a project contract.
Website packages and prices
Foundation is a fixed £195 build for a 4-page website. Premium is a fixed £295 build for up to 10 simple pages, with more tailored design and design elements. Both include mobile-friendly layouts and simple enquiry forms. We are not VAT registered and do not charge VAT.
Both packages require a £35/month hosting and maintenance plan thereafter. It covers basic hosting, free SSL when your domain is held with us, and up to two small amendment requests per month, such as changing a menu or updating content on a page. There is no minimum term. We confirm billing dates and the cancellation and handover process before you agree to start.
Domain registration and renewal, e-commerce, CRM or other integrations, complex functionality, additional pages and larger changes are outside these packages and require a separate quote. We explain any change to the agreed scope and its cost before carrying it out.
Previews and client content
A generated homepage is a concept for discussion. The final website includes agreed amendments to fit your branding and client content to the design. You must have permission to use any text, logos, photos or other assets you supply. The written proposal confirms the pages, features, content responsibilities, revision stages, timetable, payment schedule and total charges before work begins.
Project agreement
A project starts when we and the customer agree a written proposal and the applicable service terms. That agreement will set out revision stages, launch approval, ownership and licences, access, support, cancellation and any recurring service term. If this website summary differs from an agreed proposal or signed service agreement, the agreed documents govern the project, subject to applicable law.
Results and availability
We work to make sites clear, usable and search-friendly, but cannot promise a particular search ranking, enquiry volume or AI-search citation. Hosting availability and support arrangements depend on the plan agreed with each customer.
Enquiries and automated assistance
Our enquiry assistant may ask a few simple questions about your request. It cannot accept a contract, negotiate a quote or promise results. Paul or Alan reviews complex requests and takes over when enough information is gathered or you request a person. An enquiry is not consent to promotional marketing. See our privacy notice for how information is handled.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this information removes rights that apply under law. If you are buying as a consumer, we provide the applicable pre-contract information and cancellation rights before you enter a distance contract, including any request to start work during a cancellation period. This website has no checkout and submitting a form does not waive those rights.
Website content
Our text, branding and imagery are protected by intellectual property rights and should not be reused without permission. External websites have their own terms and privacy notices. If you spot an error or need these terms in another format, contact us.
